Their menu includes some dreamy starters such as Tomato Gazpacho with vegan feta and toasted almonds, Whipped Goats Cheese with roast beetroot and candied walnuts, and North Sea Fishcake with pea purée and tartare sauce.
Mains feature Potato and Herb Pan Haggerty with charred summer vegetables, Shields Market Fish with buttery potatoes and caper butter sauce, and Roast Loin of Pork with spiced haricot bean stew and crackling.
