Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and returns policy on Spectrum magazine, including damaged and missing copies, change of mind and exchanges.

Overview

We want you to be happy with your copy of Spectrum magazine. As magazines are a type of publication, they are not eligible for returns simply because you have changed your mind.

However, if your magazine arrives damaged, defective or otherwise not as described, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.

Damaged or Defective Copies

If your copy arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at spectrumagazineorder@gmail.com, including your order number and, where possible, a photograph of the damage.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement copy or a refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

All Spectrum magazine orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class post.

If your magazine has not arrived, please contact Royal Mail first. Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are outside of our control, so we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

If an order does not arrive within a reasonable delivery period, please email us at spectrumagazineorder@gmail.com and provide your order number and delivery address. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or providing a refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind

As Spectrum magazine is a publication, we do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or no longer want the magazine.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or where other consumer rights apply.

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

We will confirm by email when your refund has been processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

If your magazine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at spectrumagazineorder@gmail.com. Where appropriate, we may arrange for a replacement copy to be sent.

Proof of Purchase

We may ask for your order number or other proof of purchase so that we can locate your order and resolve your request.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you have under UK consumer law. Where a magazine is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you retain your legal rights.
