Kick off your 2025 well-being journey at the first-ever Wellness Festival at Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa in the New Forest on 26 January. This free one-day festival will feature expert speakers like renowned nutritional therapist Patrick Holford, inspiring workshops on yoga, breathwork and sound baths, and practical insights from specialists in sleep, nutrition and aromatherapy. With sessions running from 9am–6pm, it’s the perfect opportunity to refresh your mind, body and spirit for the year ahead.
Tickets for the festival are free and available from early January.
The Club Hotel & Spa, Jersey
The Club Spa is the perfect place to unwind and start your year in pure relaxation. Recently awarded AA Hotel of the Year 2024, relax the body and mind at Eden Spa at Down Hall. From January, the hotel is offering new Winter Wellness retreats and weekends, from breathwork to yoga through to crystal workshops.
